What are the major rental breaches I should be aware of? Print

If you are in breach of the Camplify Hiring Contract, you may be liable for the full loss. Major breaches include but not limited to:

Damage caused by negligent behaviour
Damage caused by partial or total immersion in water
Damage caused by use of incorrect fuel
Damage caused to the overhead of the Camplify Equipment
Damage caused to the underbody of the Camplify Equipment
Operating the Camplify Equipment in an Off Road environment other than when specified in the Terms and Conditions
