Any bookings created prior to the 1st of September 2021 are governed by the previous* set of Cancellation policies, which are outlined below:


What are the policies?

Flexible

  1. Change of Mind Policy
    1. Full refund up to 7 days before the start of the  booking
    2. less than 7 days 90% Credit (Booking fees will not be credited)
    3. Less than 48 hours from the start of booking - no credit or refund
  2. Extenuating Circumstance / Government Restrictions
    1. Full refund up to 3 days before the start of the booking
    2. Full credit up to 24 hours before the start of the booking


Moderate

  1. Change of Mind Policy
    1. Full refund up to 30 days from the start of the booking
    2. Less than 30 days - 90% credit (Booking fees will not be credited)
    3. Less than 10 days from the start of booking - no credit or refund
  2. Extenuating Circumstance / Government Restrictions
    1. Full refund up to 5 days before the start of the booking
    2. Full credit up to 24 hours before the start of the booking


Strict

  1. Change of Mind Policy
    1. Full refund up to 45 days from the start of the booking
    2. 45 days to 20 days -  90% credit (Booking fees will not be credited)
    3. Less than 20 days from the start of the booking - no credit or refund
  2. Extenuating Circumstance / Government Restrictions
    1. Full refund up to 10 days before the start of the booking
    2. Full credit up to 48 hours before the start of the booking

Is there a cancellation fee?

All Change of Mind refunds will incur a $25 administration fee, however, this does not apply to credits. There are no fees if bookings are cancelled due to government restrictions.


*Please note, if the dates of your booking are changed and the new dates include a day that is governed by a stricter cancellation policy, then the cancellation policy for the entire booking will move to the new stricter policy.
