If you're hesitant to list your van for hire because you're worried it will get damaged, that's completely understandable. At Camplify, we understand the concern owners have about damage better than anyone. Hence, we're more than prepared for the event that your van gets damaged during a Camplify hire.


Unfortunately, accidents happen. In the event that something does happen to your van during the hire, all bookings are covered with some form of Damage cover. This cover in accordance with our terms and the hirers excess will ensure that you should not be out of pocket for any substantial amounts*.  Part of your membership with Camplify means that you receive assistance from our dedicated support team during the cost recovery process, so you can rest easy knowing that we will sort it out. 


By using our compulsory post-hire and pre-hire checklists you can inspect your van and record any damage that occurs. If you believe damage has occurred, simply submit a case to Camplify's Resolution team and the matter will be resolved as soon as possible.
