Becoming a Flexible member means you can utilise the Camplify Promise, on-demand damage cover for hires through the Camplify Platform. This cover is only applicable for 40 rental days per year*. This is included as part of the 13% commission that is applied to all bookings under Flexible Memberships.


All Camplify Owners will be set to Flexible Membership as default. This is to ensure that you are able to start receiving bookings straight away and have appropriate damage cover. 


The Flexible Membership Benefits: 


Damage Cover for hires under the Camplify Promise. 

The ability to hire to persons aged between 25 - 85 years. 

National Roadside Assistance for any hire through the Camplify Platform. 


Flexible Membership does not include:


Cover for Off-Road Hires.

Cover for your personal use of the vehicle, this means any time you are in possession/ control of your vehicle. 




As a Flexible Member, your cover is limited to 40 days each year. The relevant Customer Success Manager for your state will reach out to you as you near the daily limit and provide you with 2 options; 

  1. To become a BYO member meaning you will source your own damage cover for when your vehicle is on hire. You will need to supply Camplify with all relevant documents to provide evidence you have the appropriate cover. 
  2. Upgrade to Premium Membership, this is an inclusive product that will provide you with damage cover for both personal use and hires through the Camplify Platform. Premium Members have no limitation on the amount of days they can hire each year. (click here for more information Premium Membership)

* A year refers to 12 months from the date in which you signed up as a Camplify Owner.
