In the event of an Incident, Camplify’s role is to manage the bond, and apply the Owners and Hirers Terms and Conditions. 

Camplify is not an insurer. Camplify has arranged a fleet policy for our customers, underwritten by Rentsure. 

Once Camplify has determined the bond management process, and if there are any breaches to the rental contract, then all claims handling and settlement services will be conducted by Rentsure or the applicable Insurer. 

Camplify does not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence.
