Camplify understands that accidents can happen to even the most careful drivers. Whilst the vehicle is in your care you are responsible for any damage, this includes damage caused by events you can’t control, such as extreme weather, Vandalism or the vehicle being hit while parked. 


It is due to this risk that Camplify have compulsory Excess packages available to all hirers. 


If you’re responsible for damage, the most you’ll need to pay is your maximum Accident Excess amount per event of damage.*


Your maximum Accident Excess can range from $500 to $4,500 per incident and will depend on the type of van, rental type and your chosen Accident Excess Reduction (AER) package.  


Camplify have two Accident Excess packages available, "Risk Taker" & "Happy Camper". 


While the risk taker package is the most budget friendly option available, The Happy Camper package has a large amount of inclusions to ensure that should something go wrong you wont be drastically out of pocket. 


If you do want to reduce your Accident Excess, Camplify allows you to upgrade to the Happy Camper package any time before the start date for your hire.
