The Camplify x Black Knight tracker comes with a minimum 24-month contract. This means that should you cancel your subscription before you have completed all 24 payments there is the potential that you will have to pay out the remainder of your contract.
In addition to this, the cost of returning the unit is your responsibility as soon as you are outside of your 30-day free trial.
If you are within 30 days of signing up, you are able to cancel at no cost to you.
How to Cancel:
- Call 1300 416 133 to speak to one of our friendly staff.
- They will then send you an email with how to progress going forward, you will need to respond to this email to confirm that you are in fact cancelling this subscription.
- Send the unit back to the address provided, once received by our team your cancellation will be complete.
