Yes, Camplify verifies a bond from the hirer.

Camplify pre authorises an Accident Excess for all hires that take place through our system.

The amount depends on the RV chosen and the selected AER package for the hirer.

The bond is verified against the hirer's credit card 3 days prior to the commencement of the booking. The hirer must have their bond accessible at this time and for the duration of the booking.

Camplify holds this Pre authorisation charge until you have submitted the Post Hire Checklist.

Should no damage be reported in the Post hire checklist, the pre auth will be released.

If damage occurs reported in the Post Hire Checklist, we will hard hold the relevant AER until the issue is resolved.
