Undetected Damage is an extremely rare occurrence on Camplify. This is when damage is found after 48 hours but within 7 days of the booking finishing. 


Pursuing a hirer for costs in relation to damage found after 48 hours from the booking finishing can be extremely difficult, so it is vital you as an owner complete a thorough check of the RV and complete the Camplify Post Hire Checklist. 


We allow 48 hours for the owner to complete the Post Hire Checklist, to allow ample time to check the RV thoroughly.

Undetected Damage is when a hire is completed and the damage is found after 48 hours but within 7 days and submitted for a claim.
