Fleet policy Wording on "Faultless Excess"

When submitting a damage claim you will not have to pay an Excess if; 

The Loss or Accident was not your fault or the fault of the driver or passenger or contributed to by the driver or passenger of your vehicle; and

You can provide Camplify with the name, drivers license and current address of the person responsible for the Loss or Accident, together with the vehicle registration numbers of the vehicles involved in the Loss or Accident. 

Where the third party or the driver of the other vehicle disputes who was at fault, the applicable excess will then become payable but will be refunded your excess, if we are successful in establishing that the driver of the other vehicle or the third party was 100% at fault. 

We reserve the right to collect the excess should it ultimately be determined that the driver of the other vehicle or third party was not 100% at fault.
