On October 19th, 2022, Camplify introduced changes to the Excess packages available to our customers.

Maximum excess per event/incident. If you are Under 25 you have to pay an additional $600 in excess.
Only windscreen chips that do not affect the roadworthiness of the vehicle and can be repaired. If they affect the roadworthy a windscreen replacement may be required.
Standard front vehicle windscreen.
Most modern vehicles have increased safety items such as lane departure and forward collision control. These windscreens are much more expensive and require calibration when replacing that is why we will only pass on the cost to repair these in the event of damage.
Per damaged tyre fitted and balanced. Does not cover damage as a result of misuse or a breach of the hiring terms.
Awning damage as result of misuse or failure to take reasonable steps due to weather will be treated a breach of the hiring terms.
Accident Excess upgrades made prior to September 15th 2021, relate to a previous version of AER, with different pricing, excess levels and inclusions.

Members who upgraded their Accident Excess prior to September 15th, 2021, are covered by the excess levels, prices and inclusions from before the update. These prices, excess levels and inclusions are outlined below:
