Communicating with the Traveller can be done easily through our messaging system. You will receive a notification via email or text once a Traveller sends you a message. Please reply to all messages even if you have to decline a booking request.

You will find all the messages that have been sent to you.


Sent

You will find all the messages you have sent.


Would you like to contact a traveller before accepting a booking?

  1. Click on My Rentals in the top right corner of your profile.
  2. You will find all open booking requests in the tab Open.
  3. Click on a booking to open the booking details.
  4. Click on "Write ..." to contact the traveller.

You have already accepted a booking and would like to contact the renter to exchange additional information?

  1. Click on My Rentals in the top right corner of your profile.
  2. You will find all accepted booking requests in the tab Current.
  3. Click on a booking to open the booking details.
  4. Click on "Write ..." to contact the traveller.


You would like to contact the renter of a previous booking?

  1. Click on My Rentals in the top right corner of your profile.
  2. You will find all bookings that have been finished already in the tab Past.
  3. Click on a booking to open the booking details.
  4. Click on "Write ..." to contact the traveller.


Requesting further contact information is at the discretion of you and your Traveller.
