If the Traveller would like to shorten or extend their booking after pickup, they need to contact you as well as our Customer Service Team. 

 

If the Traveller would like to cancel their booking while on their trip, please refer to our cancellation policies in our Terms and Conditions, and then contact our Customer Service Team.
