Be sure to schedule enough time with your Traveller to perform a thorough handover report at the end of the booking. However, if you do fail to notice any damage at the time of the handover,  it is very important to report any damage/missing items as soon as possible, the nearer to the return the more likely there is to be no problem getting it sorted quickly. 


Please note that damages discovered after the drop off must not be added to the completed and signed handover report but reported separately to our customer service team. 


Please ensure to take relevant photos using the date and time stamp option of your camera.
