Camplify has set Terms and Conditions in place for hirers and owners, these are in addition to your terms and will be used as a reference if damage occurs.
We recommend you set some hiring rules for your RV. This will encourage reputable hirers and deter others. Hiring rules are a great way to reduce the chances of damage.
Here are some common hiring rules for you to consider:
- No off-road
- No smoking inside
- No pets OR pets only upon application
- No festivals or large events/ a festival
- Hirer age restrictions (21 or 25)
- Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises
- RV must return cleaned or risk a fee
- Your standard pick-up / drop-off times are X (remember anytime in the full 24 hours is available to you. The hirer is charged for the full 24 hour period.)
- No cooking inside the van (use BBQ provided)
- No free-camping
Specific to Motorhomes / Campervans:
- Kilometre limits (per-day or per-hire)
- Travel distance (radius from base) limits
Specific to Caravans / Trailers / Towables:
- Minimum towing experience is X
- Minimum tow-vehicle requirements is X
- Minimum licence requirements is X
- No night driving/towing
- Brake controller requirements - (Included, BYO)

LONG TRIPS - Hirers are welcome to take the van up to 200 km's a day with a maximum of 1000km's included in the normal booking price. After 1000km's, you will be charged 30.c per kilometre at the completion of the trip from your bond.
FUEL - Return full of DIESEL - All hires include a full tank upon departure.
CLEANING - Clean the equipment and Van. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.
COOKING GAS - Return FULL - refilled from petrol stations with Elgas

- Click on "Manage" on your Owner Dashboard
- Scroll down to "Price and Terms", click "Edit"
- Make your changes and click "Save"
