Information we need from you to help you
- Your Name, Phone number and Email
- Booking ID
- RV ID (last digits in the listing URL)
Do not contact the Camplify Facebook Groups for urgent attention.
The Facebook group is NOT a suitable place for urgent issues, damage or insurance questions.
Finding the "Booking ID"
- Go to your Camplify App or Dashboard
- Find the booking in "Bookings"
- See the "Booking ID" and Hirers Name
Finding the "RV ID"
- Go to your Camplify App or Dashboard
- Look for your RV
- Click on the picture of the RV and it will open the public link
- This is the RV ID or Listing Link
