The most common reason that your account won't save is that you haven't entered ALL of the information. 

The second most common reason is that you have failed to upload an image of yourself ("Avatar").


You will need to enter all of the information below in ONE ATTEMPT before hitting "Save". 


Private Information


Hirers:

  • Full Name 
  • Mobile number 
  • Email address 
  • Date of birth 
  • License details 
  • Home Address


Owners:

  • Full Name 
  • Mobile number 
  • Email address 
  • Date of birth 
  • License details
  • Bank Details (to pay owners)
  • Motoring Body Information (NRMA)
  • Home address


Public Information - Appearing on each of your Listing/s and Bookings

  • First name
  • A portrait profile picture of the owner/s - Also called an "Avatar"
  • Self-description - Write about yourself, family, and why you love traveling. 


How to update your information:

  1. Login to your Camplify Dashboard
  2. Click on the image icon on the top right corner
  3. Go to "Account Details" 
  4. Edit your information in each section, add it all 
  5. Click "Save" to keep your changes
