90 days or more before the Pick-up Date | No Fee |
90 to 31 days before the Pick-up Date | 25% of the Rental Charges |
30 to 8 day before the Pick-up Date | 50% of the Rental Charges |
7 to 0 days before the Pick-up Date (including by failing to pick up the Vehicle) | 100% of the Rental Charges |
The booking fee and credit card fee is non-refundable.
Germany

| 50 days or more before the Pick-up Date | 10% of the Rental Charges |
| 49 to 15 days before the Pick-up Date | 50% of the Rental Charges |
| 14 to 1 day before the Pick-up Date | 80% of the Rental Charges |
| Cancellation occurs on the Pick-up Date (including by failing to pick up the Vehicle) | 95% of the Rental Charges |
The booking fee is non-refundable.
