If the Owner cancels the booking at anytime during the booking process, you will be refunded the full amount of the rental. SHAREaCAMPER will help source an alternative vehicle for you but can not be held liable if no alternative vehicle can be found or the price differs.
Depending on the circumstances of the cancellation a credit of up to $250 may be put towards an alternative or future booking with SHAREaCAMPER.
Please note the booking fee and credit card fee are non-refundable.
New Zealand
If the Owner cancels the booking at anytime during the booking process, you will be refunded the full amount of the rental. SHAREaCAMPER will help source an alternative vehicle for you but can not be held liable if no alternative vehicle can be found or the price differs.
Depending on the circumstances of the cancellation a credit of up to $250 (standard cancellation fee) may be put towards an alternative or future booking with SHAREaCAMPER.
At SHAREaCAMPER's discretion, an extra cancellation fee may be applied if the Owner cancels a booking due to a willful or grossly negligent default.
